Customer Account Co-Ordinator

Reporting to: Sales Team Leader

Job Purpose

To provide exceptional customer service and support by proactively addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise the customer journey and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Contribute to the company’s growth by fostering strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and address customer needs.
• Provide regular feedback on customer trends and preferences.
• Maintain accurate customer records and data.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
